I also have a background in project management and customer relations. As a lead front-end developer, my main responsibilities include keeping in touch with clients, training new colleagues, leading teams, and ensuring optimal user experience across all projects.
My passion for technology began early, and I've been fortunate to work on diverse projects ranging from small business websites to complex enterprise applications. I worked on a phone booking application for end customers/patients, which had iOS, Android, and web versions. I was responsible for integrating gift card and membership purchases into the app, as well as implementing an e-commerce module with options for selecting payment methods, delivery methods, and adding promo codes. I also worked on tablet applications. One was developed specifically for providers performing the services mentioned above, allowing them to track client files within the application, including completed procedures and suggesting new ones if the client was interested. The application also enabled patients to sign consent forms digitally.
The second tablet application I worked on was for consultants and allowed for the rapid creation of simple to complex offers that included memberships, packages, products, and services. Offers could be accepted and signed electronically on the device or signed by the prospect on their phone via SMS or QR code.
